Refund Policy – AKUNA HORSE

We strive to offer you the highest quality products for the natural care of your
animals.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and/or exchanges within
the first 30 days from the date of acquisition.
After this period, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for refunds and exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Retain its original packaging and intact security seals.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Only items purchased at regular price can be refunded.
Sale or promotional items are not refundable.
If the product was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher or credit
for the value corresponding to the return.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for
reasons not attributable to AKUNA.
Any return received more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received, we will notify you by email.
After review, we will inform you if the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within
a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your issuing bank or card company.
Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to be posted.

Please do not return any product to the manufacturer.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error or defect
on AKUNA's part.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as we cannot
guarantee receipt of returned items without delivery confirmation.
